But free healthcare would cost FAR too much...
something something half a trillion
That just seems like a design flaw.
She wrote: "We recently demonstrated capability to 3D print replacement handles for this item at a cost of about 50 cents each." US politicians have passed large increases in US defence spending under President Donald Trump, but have also complained about the high cost of some items. This includes toilet seat covers for the C-17 cargo plane that cost $10,000 (£7,755) each. They really have no idea what to do with their bloated budget, do they?
military grade toilet seat covers for when you take a military grade dump?
700 billion a year and rising
One of those things could catch me up on all my bills and buy me a new computer. I hate this country.
Don't hate the country, hate the uncapped capitalism. Capitalism must be moderated, kept in balance, it's not supposed to have extreme rich and extreme poor with companies putting profit over it's citizens lives. A country exists to serve the people, not the other way around.
The politicians increase the military budget every year, the military industrial complex sells the military shit they don't even need, at huge premiums. Taking tax from the poor and giving it to the rich.

Aren't these things usually schemes to funnel money into black projects
Flint had undrinkable water for how many years, while the army was using their money like this?
Wow at the cost of only one of those cups I could pay for the Strabismus surgery I had last year in full. Really wish that money went to those who cared for me rather than something so non-essential.
Despite the outrageous price tag, those are pretty damn neat, honestly. A coffee cup that brews your coffee and is relatively portable? I’m kinda surprised some other companies haven’t tried this idea yet
To justify bloated military spending.
I get the meme here but for $314 mil you could launch 3 and a half Minuteman 3 ICBMs with nuclear warheads at the middle of nowhere. The delivery systems are more expensive: The Minuteman III land-based missiles, which carry one warhead, cost about $50 million each in today’s dollars. The DOD is modifying them to extend their lifetime at a cost of about $15 million each. Thus, the cost of each deployed land-based nuclear weapon would be roughly $85 million.
I'd love to see an ebay auction of these, starting at 13 dollars ea
They really are taking the chair force meme seriously, huh.
Nah I kind of do hate the country because if you even suggest cutting the military budget (let alone absolutely slashing it like it needs to be) they'll get all uppity and OH DON'T YOU WANT US TO DEFEND OURSELVES yes but we're spending so freaking much that WELL IT'S WORKING ISN'T IT Propaganda has done such a good job of blending the image of a member of the army into the military itself that you can't really criticize anything military related without going "muh troops."
"We could stand to cut defense spending a little bi-" "GLOBALIST CUCK BEGONE!"
but we're spending so freaking much that WELL IT'S WORKING ISN'T IT Offer to sell them a magical rock that wards off tiger attacks
Give me two grand and I'll walk into an Ikea and walk out with like eight trolleys overflowing with tin mugs for ya cunts.
The US army budget is basically a racket/pyramid scheme at this point and they'll do everything they can to keep the budget as high as possible.
From what I've heard from people in the Air Force it goes all the way down to "Hey we need to spend the rest of the shops budget this month or else we'll lose it next year" So they buy the toolbox that costs $10,000 instead of the one that costs $1,000.
holy shit I know my calling now! i shall open a shop that sells carbon fiber super toilet seats for military aircraft.
A normal porcelain toilet won't stand a chance once those MRE's make their way through your system. Trust me.
