I cant use my skins when ı buy new skins

Hello everyone please help me!
When ı buy a skin ı cant use it in game it doesnt seen in rust inventory after to the next update ıdk maybe 1-1.5 week later also when ı sold a skin ı can still see in rust inventory ı have too many skins but can"t use most of them ı tried sub/unsub ıt downloanding but cant use pls help me what should ı do? My friends when buy skin they can use at the moment ı couldnt solve that my rust inv. always shows old inv.
