Twitter videos and other certain embeds cause my page to vibrate and I can't click on any links properly past where the embed starts. I dunno if this is the best place to post this because I can't find the meta thread/forum questions thread. Also, I know somewhere there's a place for custom CSS, so if anyone knows any custom CSS that fixes the issue that'd be cool
If you have a smart phone, it stops it from happening if you are really bothered about it
It's headache inducing at best. Zooming in fixes it for me, but it really is unacceptable. I shouldn't have to do that every time.

You can fix it by enabling "Force design to be ugly and full width" in your preferences.
Whether that checkmark is selected or not, the website looks almost exactly the same to me (but that could be related to my screen resolution):
