Currently listening to the police scanner, there were shots fired a few seconds ago at an officer.

More of a problem with extremism in general. Thankfully, though, it hasn't gotten this bad on the left yet.
That's the second alt-right terrorist attack this week. I hate to be this pessimistic but I fear we're going to see more before the midterms.
Leftist extremism : Some people being annoying online. A few bank windows broken.
Right wing extremism : A nazi kills heather heyer. Proud boys assault people in the streets. Terrorist attacks against the former president, top democrat politicians, the press who opposes Trump. Mass murder of jews the next day. And the GOP covers it up calling it all fake.

Like i said, the left hasn't gone that far outside of a few incidents, but i am worried that as the right keeps pushing, the left's just going to push harder.
And even if the extremism on the left isn't nearly as big of a problem as on the right, it's still contributing to a massive, growing problem. It all needs to stop.
All the people who fought and died to stop the Nazis from taking over in WWII must be rolling in their graves to know that Nazis are slowly taking over America from the inside-out.

Extreme leftist activism is a reaction to right wing extremism. If there's no fascists, you don't have antifascists.
Thanks to leftist activism, the alt right has been completely ostracised from the public and fell in popularity immensely. Look at how Spencer and Milo are doing theses days.
But far right violence against minorities and political opponements will happen even more if there's no push back.
