A federal judge is set to hear arguments Thursday, May 24, 2018, from white nationalists and others that a lawsuit against them over last summer’s violence in Charlottesville should be dismissed. (AP) — The University of Virginia on Friday said it banned 10 white nationalists for their actions during a torch-lit campus demonstration that turned violent last year. The no-trespass warnings were issued to people law enforcement identified “as either committing or conspiring with others to carry out acts of violence or other conduct that directly threatened the health and safety of members of the community and other people on Grounds,” Assistant Vice President and Chief of Police Tommye S. Sutton said in a prepared statement. Sutton said the university drew a distinction between free speech and “conduct that is aimed to intimidate others and promote violence.” Richard Spencer, a 2001 UVA graduate who helped organize the march on Aug. 11, 2017, is one of the 10 people now banned from campus. https://news.virginia.edu/content/uva-issues-10-trespass-warnings-individuals-involved-august-2017-violence The trespass warnings were issued to the following: Benjamin Daley of Redondo Beach, California. Antonio Foreman of Thousand Oaks, California. Thomas Gillen of Redondo Beach, California. Elliott Kline of Reading, Pennsylvania. Michael Miselis of Lawndale, California. Vasillious Pistolis of Charlotte, North Carolina. Robert Ray of Frankston, Texas. Wil Smith of Nocona, Texas. Richard Spencer of Alexandria, Virginia. Cole White of Clayton, California.
Good. We don't need racist scumfucks spouting their propaganda disguised as ~free speech~ to anyone, let alone to students.
Wil smith is a white nationalist? But I loved the fresh prince.
Hahaha Cole White...literally knew that dude and went to school with him, fucking crazy he is a nazi
