WIP 3D animation lip sync practice- "The Game has Changed"

Trying to get back into 3D stuff, so I've been practicing by doing a lip sync animation. This is sort of a first pass, I feel I should go back and redo some of the motions to make them fit the timing of the audio better, and change the arm motions at the end into something different.
The original audio is from here:

Seems a bit weird when he flops his elbow/wrist but not his shoulder.

3d animated characters.
Makes sense, this feels like it's some sort of weird caricature of how other animated characters move rather than being based on any sort of real-life observation or reference footage
Admittedly I came up with the motions by myself rather then basing it off anything. I didn't even act it out myself, I just went in with a basic idea of the kind of posing I wanted.
If and when I come back to this animation ill try to make the motion more subtle. Also less hand flopping.
Terribly late, but I really suggest acting it out beforehand, so you can feel how natural or unnatural the poses you wanted to animate feel and fit with the dialogue and the timing.
Maybe even act out what you already animated here to feel the motion and how some parts work and how some parts don't work.
For example: the way the arm rises up in 0:01 - 0:02, feel really odd, since it doesn't fit with what's being said imo. It's also too quick.
The motion at the part with the "higher standards" feels good and fitting.
