After looking for a solutions to this problem we didn't find anything...
We've a problem with fonts on our server.
As on the images below, several ztmp files are created automatically for no reason.
When we delete each ztmp file they come back after a reboot. These files are automatically downloaded into the FastDL and this damages the connection speed of players and causes TimedOut.
