If you want to run the US, prepare to lose all free time and excitement.
Let's be honest, the more time Trump spends doing nothing, the better.
but trump is the mostest of any president ever, believe him(!)
I thought this was already known? Regardless, he’s like a big, spoiled manchild, thinking he’d have a cushy, executive job but, surprise, being president of the United States is fucking hard.
Yeah but like Awaken said, somehow I'm glad he's lazy and incompetent. I shouldn't have to be thankful that the president of the country is lazy and incompetent, but here we are.
Trump: Oh hi. I'm sorry, just a sec. [whispers] John, you're supposed to be the gatekeeper, do you have any idea how valuable my time is?
Kelly: In your schedule it just says nine til noon is "creative space" and I thought this could be part of that.
Trump: Do you know how creative space works? Okay I just cancelled my afternoon.
Kelly: You don't have anything in the afternoon. It just says "free play."
Trump: Push free play til tomorrow morning. [to Vladimir] Hi. Sorry. Crazy day. You're seeing how the sausage gets made.
I disagree. They're still human beings and people need to take breaks from time to time. That stated, Trump is barely doing his job to begin with. He's that guy that uses the company's unlimited vacation policy to take half of every month off and ultimately gets the policy revoked for everyone.
Of course, but based on this description, I work more than the President of the United States. That is not a situation that should occur.
When he was first elected I wish either he'd turn out at best to be surprisingly alright with his crazier rhetoric and promises being just for show to rake in the votes, and at worst hopefully was just going to be the laziest president who wouldn't do anything but play golf and sleep all day, rather than what American and the world was given so far.
Why do you think hes up at 3am shitposting? Thats what I did when i was unemployed too.
Well, how else would he have time to have stare-down competitions with his most stubborn leftist opponents yet? They represent the most perennially immovable branch of government:

Honestly, I'm surprised it's this low.
he would have probably died from the stress otherwise considering how it visually aged past presidents through their terms.
so it's a real fuckin' shame he isn't working more, huh
Consider though: every minute he actually works is time he's making a concerted effort to destroy this country. I'd prefer he only passively destroy the country.
Our taxes will go to Secret Service protection of this man for the rest of his life.
Here's hoping it's mercifully short.
I’d prefer my taxes go to his lifetime jail sentence.
According to that Bob Woodward book, Trump (and/or his subordinates) work in more "executive time" (aka free time) into his schedule because his doctor said he was getting stressed out from his job and partially impacting his health (not insinuated from the book to be anything too major, but still interesting).
Not really that surprising, the guy's over 70 years old, morbidly obese, has a family history of dementia and a personal history of drug use. He's probably the unhealthiest president since Taft.
And, if his own words about the "Coke button" on his desk are true, he's a stimulant junkie. In an interview, Trump remarked that he used the button on his desk to signal to aides when he wanted a Diet Coke brought to his desk, and he said he pushes the button "a dozen times a day". Assuming he's getting normal-sized cans of Diet Coke and not baby cans, the President is consuming over 500mg of caffeine a day, or the equivalent of five normal-sized cans of Red Bull or nearly the amount of caffeine in three bottles of Five-Hour Energy.
The President claims he's a teetotaler, and I believe him, because his drug of choice is caffeine. Explains why he can't string a sentence for longer than five words without his train of thought ending up in a different continent.
He's a bit fat, but far from morbidly obese. That's more for people who weigh 400 pounds.
You know, I never really gave a shit about the whole "tiny hands" thing, but damn does that dude have some comically tiny hands.compared to his head and body size.
That's also over 2000 mg of aspartame. And that's just in his drinks.
Something amusing I just thought of, what happened to the Trump that was going around accusing others of being "Low Energy!"
This doesn't seem very high energy of Trump now does it?
Trump probably is trying to make a week's worth of energy last another 20 years, give him a break dude.

As for Trump, his BMI is around 30 (so not morbidly obese), and he doesn't drink or smoke as far as I'm aware. He's probably not in tip-top shape, but he's about as fat as the average American at his age, and he has less bad habits probably (I must admit that I haven't read anything about meaningful drug use or the like, though).
I mean that says more about the average American than Trump, but this idea that he's a dead man walking seems a little played out in my opinion.
I'm honestly surprised it's only 3x as much. I'd have thought previous presidents were so busy actually doing their job that they'd only have maybe a few hours per day on average of free time, if that. I'd have expected like 13-14 hour work days running a country like this with maybe lesser 8-10 hour days on the weekend and the occasional day off.
