[Bug] Rating posts in old threads deletes existing ratings

I was browsing an old thread and decided to rate a post, it erased all the other ratings and left the one I did intact. Happens repeatedly

I mentioned this nearly a week ago, and what I suspected is that this may somehow be related to the Azure outage that happened and its impact on the database.

doubt it, because iirc once you coin rating someone and give them a coin, if you reload the page and change the rating that user still keeps their coin.

Also, just from a development standpoint, I imagine Garry uses a different table to track coins.
