How to rotate camera around my character like in the video?

I tried Mayamode already, but it doesn't work the same as in the video. My character turns as the camera turns. How do you rotate the camera around your character WITHOUT your character turning with it? The video above shows exactly what I mean. Is this possible still? If so how? If a mod is needed for this, then which mod is needed? Thank you in advance.
