The one thing I miss from GTA is the ability to free roam with other characters and doing activities together.

Just spend 30 minutes holed up in a little town, packed up on ammunition and tonics and weapons, and killed about 60 or 70 lawmen. Survived almost an entire day and night. The sun was coming up when one of them finally got me. Max bounty seems to be 1,5k. The entire minimap was filled with little x's.

Apparently. I kept killing folks for a long time and it never went higher than that. There's probably a max amount so there's always a possibility for you to still pay it off. Looking at the slow amount of cash you gain from regular criminal activities, paying like 10k$ would be a real pain.

Margaret Story Spoilers Okay, killing that Lion, that actually has me feeling kinda bad, I know it was coming for us but still, I wish I didn't have to kill it.

I love how much love has been given to the dialogue shit, someone mentioned it last thread about how it can flow in some funny ways. I love it when you hit greet and Arthur and says his typical hello mister, but if they ignore you and you hit the other option right after he says something to the effect of " I SAID HELLO MISTER, ASSHOLE"

I'm kind of annoyed at how seemingly any piece of outfit from the trapper counts as gaudy because getting comments from your camp about how you look a bit stupid when all you're wearing is a leather jacket with some fur lining is a bit weird.

Pardons were a thing in RDR1 they could have just made them harder to get, yet repeatable.

By the way, a PSA on an easily missed mechanic: while aiming you can press jump to dolphin dive in any direction. Useful in combat to look cool and quickly get into cover if you get hurt.

You talking rilfes as in the long range sniper types or do repeaters also count? Cause if I have to go long range, I'm going with the Lancaster, that thing is super reliable. For hunting purposes I like to use the Springfield.

Gotta be honest, I think I'm nearly done with Chapter 4 and the story is bugging me a bit now. Like you've got shit that's happening, choices being made, but they're so fucking stupid at times, like shit kicks off, we move, we carry on doing stupid shit elsewhere, nobody really says anything proper, they contest issues with Dutch's guidance but they don't really say anything, you've got a character like Molly O'Shea who says she's in love with Dutch, meanwhile he's just acting like dick, which is probably to be expected given the time this game is set in, she wants to talk to him but he's just brushing her off and can't be bothered dealing with her because "I gots me som bigger problems than that woman." Stop acting like a fucking retard, jesus. Arthur makes choices and says things that aren't relating to what I've done either, like when you sit down with some of the female members of the camp and chat with them, he comes out with shit like he's been killing animals and innocent people for no reason, I'm sorry what? My Honour is pretty high at the moment, not far off being full (Positive) and he's coming out with flat out lies regarding what he's been doing, I haven't been killing animals unless I'm hunting Boar or Alligators or some shit, I'm not killing Innocent people at all, I'm killing people who trying to kill me like Bandits and shit, but not Innocent people, that's just bullshit, but the game doesn't seem to have a check for this sort of thing so instead I just sound like some crazy arsehole killing shit left and right. I'm enjoying the game but the story and character related issues are cropping up the further I get into it and it's getting a bit annoying, like right now we're dealing with that Bronte guy and Dutch is being a total muppet about all of this and Arthur just acts like a good little Dog and follows him up and doesn't really say anything. Fucking. Tell. Him. He's. An. Idiot. But no he just goes along with it without really putting up much of a fight and I'm just having to accept this shit, I don't like not having control in a situation like this where shit happens and there's absolutely fuck all I can do about it. The more I talk about the story the more it's actually making me think, Chapter 1 and 2 were fine, 3 had small issues but nothing that big of a deal, 4 is now actually cropping up to have a number of issues, I fucking hope to christ that the rest aren't like how 4 is turning out, because it is putting a bit of a dampener on how much I'm enjoying this game.

Two questions. How does the Antler trinket work? I read it increases all pelts by one star when you hunt but I'm still getting the same quality pelt it says it is when I focus on an animal(two stars give two instead of three) Also, with how the disguise system works, is there anyway to tell what clothing was bought where? My wardrobe is big and I can't remember where I bought everything

I absolutely love the Viking helmet. When bullets strike it, it doesn't knock off the helmet but rather produces a nice spark that flies off your helmet. I'm not sure if you can more damage if you're struck in the head but I barely took any damage when the bullet pinged off my helmet. That and since bullets leaves marks on your general clothing, it's quite amazing to see how many bullets strike your helm, the dents in it just makes me feel like it's doing it's job and protecting me brain bits.
