It says they're doing it at a railroad crossing. In Kansas they moved the polling place so that you have to cross a railroad to do it, maybe they did the same with the one for that neighborhood too so they'd have
to see the Border Patrol.
So you are telling me that when they were planning this exercise no one brought up the fact that it falls on Election Day?
