I go here and I personally think she should be expelled, especially for the mail bomb stuff
The degree is almost useless at this point, she's going to have to go through a character and fitness investigation in order to be admitted to the bar and I can't imagine any of them admitting her to practice with this on her permanent public record.
How to ruin your entire career before it could even begin in one easy step.
Why are people this stupid? Did she wake up and say "hey, I've got a bright future not too far ahead of me, let me just screw it up." It's like dunking a donut in shit, you get nowhere beneficial and now that tasty donut isn't edible.
I swear most conservatives aren't like this, but every time I see a racist like this I get the urge to backhand them.
Racist potential future-lawyer and didn't even think to use the ambien defense 0/10
Students on Monday marched to demand punishment for Morgan Kendall, who students said used a racial slur on social media and said she wished she could take credit for pipe bomb packages sent to the Obamas and Clintons last month.
One of these things is a little more serious than the other.
Obviously, but do you think an institution should be giving a law degree to someone that throws around the hard r?
if there wasn't a real name attached to this nobody would give a fuck about what she said
you're honestly insisting the bar is a great judge of character given all the slime balls in politics with a law degree or on wallstreet with a law degree or running right wing political commentary with a law degree
The bar doesn't stop you from getting a law degree, they're for being able to practice law in a state. Someone running right wing political commentary years or decades out of law school isn't going to show up in a background check performed when they take the bar right out of law school, now is it?
