• VTFedit: textures appear to be locked on normal map textures?

Hello there, I have an issue, the PNG textures that I've been importing into vtfedit appear to be stuck on normal map textures even if I didn't use crazy bump to make them normal map textured. What is causing this to happen?
Have you made sure to un-check the Normal Map-option in the pre-import Options menu?: https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/321820/b276cf0d-c52c-401a-b937-5f6636acbbea/image.png I sometimes forget that I leave it checked on after intentionally creating a normal map. Also, I am unsure about this but I believe some very exquisite texture formats do considerably manipulate whatever texture you are importing into a new .vtf file, which might also cause a texture to end up considerably different from whatever you were trying to import in the first place. Yep that's exactly what I forgot to uncheck, I was trying to turn it off from the flags context window instead of the vtf options menu. I was really confused as to why it would not turn off!
