At least according to the article it was just a genuine error and not an active attempt at rigging. At least the issue has been resolved.
remember when the GOP said that states didn't need amy additional funding for elections and election security? Man its like they did jackshit for years!
Its probably because several GOP run states have had their election groups funding severed horrendously.
