hello there so i edit a map and hit the model limit and i was searching about combining model and i got to the site of valve and saw this : Static Prop Combine so is there any chance that this can apply to hammer gmod or is there is other way to combine models . i Real-ye want this feature apply on gmod hammer . thx for your tim
if you're hitting the model limit, you're doing something wrong.
like what pleas help beaus when i compile it doesn't give big errors and when i ask other professionals they said delete the model that you have and when i tried to compile them it did work but i want my work to still be there like what i need to pleas. and thx for helping
maybe remove some models :v there's no reason you should be hitting the limit "In most Source games, a single level is limited to 4096 prop_statics" source: prop_static
when you compile the map on cs:go dos it create a file that contain all the model on one model ?
I'm pretty sure in hammer not only props counts as a model limit. There is 2 separate catigories, like props limit in general (which is hard to limit on) and models. And triggers\doors and in general any func_brushes goes to model limit, while props only takes 1 per unique model towards this limit.
