We'll, we've lost a legend.
Gonna miss the movie cameos, I liked them.
If only men could live forever. But in a way, through his work, and the characters he helped bring to life, he will.
Rest in peace!
I hope they will add him in anyways in some form or even full CGI.
Damn, he got snapped. Maybe he'll come back when Infinity War 2 comes out.
The joke helps a little. This sucks.
I would prefer they don't. It was nice seeing him, not some computer generated cutout
See ya at the Bullpen, Stan
There goes my day. Rest in peace, you legend.
No.
CGI stand ins are the absolute worst. Let him have his image after he goes.
The characters and stories he helped create have positively impacted countless numbers of people. One can't say that about very many people throughout history. Thank you, Stan, and RIP.
Well, I can't say I always saw eye to eye with how he ran Marvel, but I know he's one of the last of golden age creators. Now a power vacuum has occurred and I can't imagine Ike Perlmutter doing anything but celebrating he can't be overruled now.
It's sad, but think about it this way - not everyone can claim to see the renaissance of their life's work in their lifetime. He will definitely be missed.
Rest in peace you absolute legend
His and Jack Kirby's work shaped not only the comic book and film industries, but maybe our culture with their characters and stories. RIP
Excelsior
Just have a poster or something with his face on it in the background.
His cameo in Avengers 4 will truly feel special.
Also, his wife of like 60 years died quite recently, so pneumonia taking him was to be expected. Here is hoping many of us go out the way he did.

The world is better off for having had this man touch it, ya did good old man!
What an absolute shame.
Rest in peace.
On a side note, I wonder what the comics will say of him.
95 is a ripe old age and any one of us will be lucky to make it so far, let alone change the world like he has.
A better option would be just to add a picture of him to every movie in the future.
You know, in a newspaper, or a picture frame, or on the news or something.
I think that'd be more respectful but still keeping the tradition alive.
Considering his wife had already died and the other illnesses that have been messing with him. I'd imagine him dying was more of a sweet release.
