Yes, I have looked online for this and I have tried alot of stuff.
I am running a Garry's Mod DarkRP server and cars can get stuck in places of the map like the sea so I need car owners to be able to pick up their own cars in order to get them out of those situations.
I've tried to mess around with FPP Physics Gun Settings and they haven't changed a thing.
Only Admins can pick up cars, users can't pick up cars.
This should be an easy issue to resolve as there is probably something I have missed.
Any help?
I assume you use VCMod since pretty much EVERY darkrp server uses VCmod as car dealer...
if VCmod spawns a car it is not associated with the player as owner. The world owns it. The world owns every car. To make people be able to pick up they car, you would need to allow people to pick up cars, which means they can pick up every car thats owned by the world, so they can pick up EVERY car.
A tip: if they crash their car in the sea or it gets bugged, just let them respawn it on the dealer....if the car actually got stuck by some bug, give them a bit of money as admin so they dont have to pay anything. If you let people be able to pick up their cars, i can assure you EVERYONE will abuse that power to just crush everyone to death with the car
I don't have VCMOD yet and I have an anti propkill system.
Even if I shouldn't let them pick up their own cars can I make them be able to remove it?.

Only admins can pick up cars and remove them and such.
then you would need to tell us WHAT addon you use. But if its some other addon you probably have to contact the developer..
also:
Rights to remove car == Rights to remove other peoples car because once again, the car is owned by the world. but since yo usaid you have a addon that makes the actual owner own the car...we dont know what addon you use
