You can work so many hours for so many years before the joke about your life not improving stops being a joke or parents not being able to do simple things for their kids eats away at them.
The minimum wage now is worth less than it was in 1965 adjusting for inflation.
Stop being a snowflake.
Just pull yourself up by your boot straps and get a college education.
Your medical debt isn't even that much.
I was given a small loan of a bajillion dollars from my father. Kids and liberal cucks asking for free handouts are the real problem with this country.
When I was a kid all I had to do was walk in and ask. You can easily get a job just stop being lazy.
People in poverty should be thankful that they're poor.

Big shocker, you could live off entry level work because of things like profit sharing.
That's dead now, takes away from the bottom line. Automation is used as a spectre threat.
I bring in twice the federal minimum wage and i still cant afford to eat out more than once a month. I cant imagine what its like for minimum wage earners. The stress is real
Holy fucking shit that article. It has to be satire, right? Please?
I know the feeling.. I work an entry level job, with inhumane hours. I work overnights despite having insomnia and being open about that to management and HR. I work 2 overnights back to back, and 1 day off, before coming back to ever-changing hours, working early in the morning to late at night. That's not if one of my co-workers leaves early or calls out. It's very common for a co-worker to leave early due to lazy management and a "point system" that does nothing but penalize the ones who work hard but call out when they're sick, but only give half a point to those leaving early cause at least they showed up... flawless logic.
On top of that, it's taken such a heavy toll on my sleep schedule, that I cannot sleep without taking medication like Ambien. It's definitely killing me, but it's the only thing I got till I get something better. And you'd think I'd get paid well right? Hah, minimum wage, with about 900 a month. Which around here is barely livable.
Living the "American Dream" but hey, to the rich, this is the life I chose and wasn't forced to take due to how they fucked over this country and its economy forcing a majority of people nowadays to have to scrape by. Gas prices rising, cost of living rising, groceries becoming more expensive, this is definitely not the life I was raised for. No wonder I get suicidal and depressed a lot.
I thought so too, I'm not 100% sure but the site does seem sincerely serious judging by the other linked articles.
