• Blender texture and Source help

I ordered this little item: holographic sight collimator max I'm using Blender 2.79 and VTF edit to create a sight model for my SWEP, but there's only packed, metalness, roughness and Ambient occlusion textures. I tried to use these textures on Blender and figure how to apply the textures as VMT files for Source, and none work, I've got a crappy texture on my SWEP's holo sight and I'm juse a lousy beginners on Blender and VTFEdit. can you help me on some tips for both programs so I can get the desired color texture on the sight?
