Don't do the 2nd one. You should only ever use channels 1,6, and 11. Anything in between will result in interference with routers on the other channels.
On channel 11, you'll have to deal with interference from 1 router.
On channel 8, you have to deal with interference from 4 routers. The free 10mhz bit isn't going to help you as much as you think.
Channel 11 is your best bet. There's only 1 other wifi network on that channel, impact should be minimal.

For real tho, looks like 11 is the best choice, but the signals from all the other routers look weak enough that they shouldn't interfere much regardless of what you pick.
