[EAC] Game Client Violation: Corrupted memory (rustclient.exe)

Dear All,

I've bought this lovely game yesterday, I would love to start playing it with my friends but this error keeps poping up preventing me from joining any server [screenshot below]

System spec:

Nvidia P2000 5GB DDR5
i7 8750H @2.3 GHZ
16GB Ram
2x NVME M.2 SSD 500GB
no Antivirus/Firewall (i live on the edge yes I know)

Solutions I tried:
uninstall the game
verify game files
uninstall EAC from common/rust folder
repair EAC
start as admin (everything, steam, Rustclient.exe i know by starting that we are skipping EAC)
memory diagnostics
changed memory sticks (I have another 16GB laying around)

Please help if you know anything!

I've tried this source, memtest and full virus scan, I am sure there is nothing running that affects the client (I've monitored the processes)

do facepunch support normally responds here or should I just refund the game?
