So like razer synapse macros for clicking for a semi lets say, since i have a razer mouse i could bind a button to click left click so i can hold it down instead of pressing it all the time would i get banned for something like this?

Answer is no, you're fine.
To be fair a good portion of people claiming that they got banned for using the software for their keyboard or mouse always seem to neglect to mention how it was used in an attempt to disguise cheat usage. As such some people not familiar with the seedier side of the Rust community see it as Easy Anti Cheat being overly sensitive.
