I hate the "word misconduct". It sounds like something kids get up to in pre-school. It's also waay too vague and non-descriptive. Why is English so fucking wishy washy and vague these days? Might as well just go back to grunting and pointing if every word is gonna mean everything.
I do sorta' agree.
The word that should really be used in this case is 'Crime', or 'White Collar Crime' if we wish to be specific.
