Every time I keep telling myself I'm indifferent to any news about HL3 something like this happens and I lose a small bit of hope I didn't realize I still had.
Why? Dota 2 is pretty good and fun to watch. You not liking it does not mean you have to hold such resentment towards it.
"stop liking things I do not like"
I guess valve can't do anything on an anniversary for one of their games, and that includes all work and releases? This shit is so childish and disrespectful to the developers of other games at Valve, the community has been anticipating this update for a while and it looks to be a pretty damn good update too.
I understand other criticisms of valve but shitting on their other games and developers for not making the game you want is selfish imo
They are not owed respect for games that people do not respect.
People's disrespect towards these games for the reason of 'its not half life 3' is unwarranted. If you don't respect DotA 2, why would you complain about it by posting / posting in a thread about a free content update for DotA 2? What's the logic here? Shit on valve for making games you don't like and then not caring when they listen to user feedback?
Even when Artifact wasn't a thing, people still had the same complaints.
