Headphones/Speakers emitting static noise when plugged into Monitor's Audio Out

I have an LG 34UM69G and this issue just started today. Tried it over HDMI with my switch and PC, Displayport with my PC, headphones, and speakers - the audio out is just emitting static. The Monitor's speakers are NOT emitting static, only things plugged into the Out port. Any advice?
