Hello, ive had this error in rust for months now. Im unable to play certain servers because it kicks my client from the server after 2minutes saying EAC: Connect timed out error.

Try verifying your game files, redownloading the game and deleting the EAC file
tried all of those things with no success
Tried checking if your Windows is up to date/ all drivers are up to date, usually should fix the issue
yes everything is up to date
You're playing on IP 127.0.0.1 thats an INTERNAL loop back ip address. Are you playing on your own network with no internet access or whats going on here?
This was just a localhost i did to show the error on a vinilla server so i could see the error log. This error is not unique to this server as it occurs across random servers on rust particularly modded servers.
After making a ticket the solution to the problem was to type netgraph.enabled 0 in console
