Well, this is fucking disgusting, but who's really surprised at this point? I tried looking to see if Blaire White had discussed this on her channel, as she's transgender and conservative, but I can't find any videos. I must say that this is why I'd never want to be a partisan/activist YouTube politics channel.
I didn't actually realise it was possible to send a ruling to the SC without first receiving a denial on appeal. Can somebody explain this?
two ways
First, in cases where they have original jurisdiction. I think just cases about ambassadors and the like

they'll argue for deference to the WH. If there had been a court case over the armed forces's segregation from the 40s this would have been an open closed case.
