So I have been having server stutter issues for the past two hours or so. Not sure why, this happened before on this same host, is it because of our server tick or what? Also we're using Digital Ocean as a VPS host, we have two cores, 4 Gigs of ram, and a 80GB SSD. Any settings I should fix? Thanks. Here is a video:
