I don't really get why Garry personally is the only one with any capacity to change the forums. Seems like weird lack of delegation for somebody as busy as him, and someone who doesn't really use the forums much. There are responsible people on the mod team who could be coordinating this instead while he works on tub or whatever
I'm guessing he is the only one with access to the server FP forums is hosted on.
