Criminal Code, article 158, paragraph 1: "Whoever insults another person shall be punished by a fine or sentenced to imprisonment for not more than three months."
It's funny because this law went through, when Janez Janša, the guy who tweeted that insult, was a prime minister. In other words, he was punished by his own creation. How ironic.
What an odd law
It's flat-out suppression of speech. It's an evil law.
Glad to see he's learning that he who cast stones is having the broken house, ironically enough.
