That model isn't from the game itself, but it's most likely a sculpt made by the guy who uploaded it here on sketchfab, you can see it because most of the fingers are fused together and the model itself has 52'000 vertices, which is a lot for a game model.
Searching online doesn't yield any results, but the game is pretty recent having released "only" 9 months ago, granted there could be if you searched hard enough, since I am sure the fanbase is vast.

Since the model is a scult, it probably doesn't have many bones.
