• Why do .vta files get messed up when decompiling?

I noticed that when I compile for GMOD, facial flexes get messed up sometimes. I thought I was doing something wrong in Blender, but then I noticed they're already ruined after decompiling. I don't even have to involve Blender. What I'd like to know is what is the difference between models? Why does decompiling ruin some models and not others? Some models I decompile, edit in Blender, compile...and they work perfectly. And I never do anything differently. There's also a problem, like missing body parts sometimes, like any part of an arm, leg, chest and so on. For example, the last model I edited has their right upper arm missing. And the face problem. I've had a problem with this for so long and I've never found a solution anywhere. This is the worst thing ever
