Legitimately a much better idea than their current plans for a live action Spiderman cinematic universe. If Lord and Miller are involved with the creative process, shit's guaranteed to be good.
I'll take more of anything with Spider-Verse's art style tbh.
Like, it looks great and I'm totally gonna go see it, but its not even fucking out yet. Why the hell are you planning two follow ups for an unreleased project that you don't have hard success data for yet?
At least, with the multiverse stuff, it makes more sense than that Black Cat and Silver Sable movie. But that's assuming Into the Spider-Verse is good beyond aesthetically pleasing.
Can we please appreciate that the Peter Parker from Into the Spider-Verse is basically the Raimi Trilogy Spider-Man? https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/441/d8ae9bce-f562-401f-922e-325ea3dd04fc/image.png https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/441/e47b1171-05b8-4613-bb0c-36317ed049f8/image.png
Who's the film noir Spider-Man on the right?
Nicolas Cage.
I'm fine with that... As long as it has Peni Parker.
Spider-man Noir. Like, legit thats what he's known as. In his universe of course he is just Spider-man. He's a lot more violent and bloody, he'll use guns and shit.
Way better ending than what they had planned for Spiderman 4. You thought the bullshit with Gwen Stacy was bad enough? Well in 4, Peter was going to fucking cheat on Mary Jane, and the ending would have been even more of a downer than the ending of 3.
Well Sony was the one who ruined 3 with Venom. Raimi originally wanted Mysterio to be the main villain since he had cameos in 1 and 2.
I think you got that wrong. Or are you talking about the fourth film? In the third film, it was actually Vulture who was originally going to be the third villain instead of Venom. He would have even been played by Ben Kingsley.
Spider-Man Noir. That's literally the name. He's much more violent in how he takes out criminals such as using lethal weapons (guns, knives, etc.)
It could be fun but why has every TV commercial I've seen looked like the characters were animated at 10fps?
