Today i launched gmod and when i tried to open the options box it was lagging as hell and the options box wasn't opening for some reason. I checked task manager because maybe my ram was full or something but nothing. Anyways, then i tried to play singleplayer and when i pressed the singleplayer button the options came up. I restarted gmod, my pc and i already verified my files. I also checked my last downloaded addons to be sure but nothing. After that i started checking the gmod files because last time that wasn't opening the reason was a file so, maybe it's the same again but then i found a pretty weird file named: xfgsb64arwa564fcom4res . The file is containing some files wtf files like user.scr and stuff. I really don't know how this happened. Last time i played gmod multiplayer was before 1 month and my game was working fine after i disconnected, so i don't think the reason is about any kind of virus or something. I deleted the files and the game won't start. I verified my files through steam again and the same is happening. I recovered the weird files and the games is still doing werid things. I don't even know how these files got there. What else i need to do?
Show where those files are in your game
Check any changes to your PC and roll them back (like driver updates)
Try running Team Fortress 2 or any other game and see if the issue happens there
Post console log (SHIFT+TAB)
Have you tried fully reinstalling the game? Or at least delete everything but addons folder in your garrysmod folder and verifying the game?
Have you tried running the game with -noaddons -noworshop?
Have you tried checking the in-game FPS when this happens? (You can do that with Steam Overlay)

I didn't reinstall the game because it's like 200gb with addons.
I ran it without addons and without workshop but same.
I cannot even play.
That's not a file, that's a folder. What's inside it?
Post console log with -noaddons -noworkshop in your launch parameters.
Run menu_cleanupgmas in main menus to clean up some no longer used files.
You have FPS while in main menu, I want to know if you are lagging in frame rate while in main menu.
Make sure your game runs on the dedicated graphics card, not integrated one (in the control panel for your graphics card)
You don't need to delete your addons to reinstall. After running menu_cleanupgmas move your addons folder outside and reinstall the game. Run it with -noaddons -noworkshop and see if the issue persists, then you can move the addons back.

I changed it to the dedicated card but nothing.
Again you post a log with no addons, but the game tries to load addon content. Also I should've mentioned, unmount all mountable games and restart.
And again, just reinstall the bloody game.
