Zooming in and out while moving face or finger posing.

I have this annoying problem when I go to do face or finger posing. The screen zooms in and out every time I move a slider, the tool gun goes
all over when I move my mouse cursor when I have the face or finger posing window open, stays dead center as normal when I don't try to face or finger pose. I can't find a solution.
