IÄ, IÄ! LENIN FHTAGN!
Pretty inspired. I like it
That's pretty badass
Well, from what I know about Lovecraft, the Old Gods aren't actually malevolent by nature (it's just that humans can't so much as look at them without going insane), so I suppose that's an improvement over the worship of authoritarianism that already dominates Russia. Cthulhu for Russian president 2024.
Russians and Cthulhu monsters? Looks like we need to call Hellboy.
Sorta. If you're talking about the Great Old Ones like Cthulhu, they're actively malevolent. If you're talking about the Elder Gods (a different group, a good bit of which comes from either Lovecraft's contemporaries and modern Mythos writers) then they're largely just indifferent to Humanity's concerns but are opposed to the Great Old Ones. Though a couple of them, while may still drive you mad by their inconceivable nature, are actually somewhat benevolent to Humanity like Nodens and Ulthar.
Russian subs is just code word for shoggoths.
