MrDeadMoth reported to have been caught in bout of domestic abuse during a Fortnite stream.
Twitch streamer MrDeadMoth has apparently been apprehended by authorities after appearing to hit his wife multiple times during a Fortnite livestream. Initially posted
by RevvOCE on Twitter, the clip shows the streamer engaging in a conversation with his off-camera wife that escalates to the point where he leaves the chair. A sound like a slap can be heard followed by the woman crying, calling him a “woman basher,” and a child begins to cry.
The first clip begins in the midst of the argument, so the larger context isn’t clear, but the scene continues to escalate in the second clip as MrDeadMoth flits between his chair and his wife, off camera.

Why does the title imply the woman was arrested too?
The wife being pregnant only makes this about ten times worse.
It's weird, he tries to back off of whatever is going on, then gets up ready to punch someone.

Oh yeah because a fucking empty box is so damaging when he's being a complete cunt. Dinner has been ready for over an hour, she's been constantly reminding him that it's ready but his priorities are Fortnite.
This is obviously Fortnite's fault
The worst part is this is definitely not the first time he's done it based on how nonchalantly he went about getting up and hitting her like that.
"Self-defense", yeah the same can't be said about the other times he just gets up and hits her.

When you've been living with an asshole like that guy for god knows how long, there's only so much you can take before you lose it.
That shit starts out like an argument between parent and child. If you refuse to stop playing games to spend time with your family, it's equivalent to being 12 years old. It's a WHOLE other level to get up and fucking hit your spouse in front of your kid(s), with the cherry on top being that your wife is currently pregnant with another child.
I hope she can get away from such a terrible situation and raise the children in a safe environment.
Sad thing is is that this sheds a terrible light on a lot of streamers and gamers as well. I'm glad he was exposed, but I'm sure people will find a way to turn this on the whole video games thing like they have countless times before.

Yeah this just seems like one seriously dysfunctional family. I feel bad for the kids being raised in that kind of environment, god knows what crap goes on that we haven't seen.
There is no excuse to hit your wife and her and the kids don't deserve this but one thing is certain. Why hasn't she from the beginning called the police? She keeps egging him on and I don't know why.
I'm just as confused by the whole thing. Seems to be mutual abuse going on here but ffs it infuriates me to hear a man hitting a woman. Does this guy not have a mom?
She might have known he was being recorded live, I wouldn't put it past her to have been listening in to what he was doing just before making a scene probably to get her husband caught in the act.

Neither of them should have laid a hand on each other. Hitting the face certainly sounded worse, but the abuse here seems to go both ways to some extent.
and then she continues to berate him AFTER he has already hit her, then is somehow surprised and shocked when he hits her again? Surely the first time rings massive fucking alarm bells... "I need to remove myself from this situation, and then long term". Totally the dude's fault but she REALLY wasn't helping herself in this situation.
This is like listening to a teenager and their mom but instead its husband and wife.
What the fuck, she made him dinner and its been sat there for over an hour and he just outright refuses to acknowledge it which makes her more annoyed.
You know when they say gaming addiction is a thing, this kinda just reinforces it.
Does he do this for a living? I don't think it's necessarily about gaming addiction as much as it is about the obligations of streaming. You could probably use a set schedule though, and not beat your wife.
