I really like Jacinda, but many people will probably not know that, despite being quite left-wing, she is anti-immigration generally. I believe that NZ has a housing crisis, partly caused by immigration, so I sorta understand it. Boilrig, is that right? I watched her debate against Bill English and think she's wonderful in most respects.
Jacinda is nice, though her immigration views swing side to side, she knows that its causing a lot of the issues we are facing, but also understands its the only thing holding up the economy, which she is hoping will slow down that will let immigration decrease naturally to avoid changing law. When it comes to this pact, she'll take a massive hit and so will her coalition partner if the government signs it.
