How to use UTF8 chara in server description?

I also cant use accents like “ã”. I saw a server description that had UTF8 chars and accents. How do I do that? If I only add what I want, the UTF8 chars and accents turn into some bugs like “-||”

You cannot do it by including the server description in the batch file.

You need to include the configuration line in the serverauto.cfg file which is normally in the directory:

<path prefix>\server\<server name>\cfg

just add a line like this:

server.description "Μονάχη ἔγνοια ἡ γλῶσσα μου στὶς ἀμμουδιὲς τοῦ Ὁμήρου"

with the UTF8 encoded description.

How exactly you need to do this will depend on the server host / hosting company and the file access / editing methods they allow.
