"Too many t-junctions to fix up" is your problem. Google it and you'll find some answers on how to fix it, but it's not an easy one.
There's the proper solution that takes time and effort, but is better for your map, and there is the quick and easy solution that's not good for your map. The proper solution is to reduce the amount of func_details merging with brushes and stop making fences and small stuff out of brushes. The quick solution is to add -notcjunc to $bsp_exe in "expert" compile settings.
You also appear to have an areaportal leak somewhere in your map, you should fix that as well so that VRAD can run properly after resolving the too many t-junctions to fix up issue (remove some func_details)
