I am trying to build a system where I should be able to combine the power from a blocker and an electrical branch... Is this fine and works as you wanted?
I too have been trying to achieve this for a while. However, with the new update to batteries you may be able to perform a workaround. (But still a challenge). Lets say you have four batteries and want to combine these and only drain power during night. Hook up batteries like usual, solar power comes to input, while the batteries are connected to a blocker, which is receiving signal from the solar panels. Alright. Now they are charging like usual and you have 4 "root" outputs during night. To combine these, simply take the blockers output to a new battery's input. These four new batteries are only charged during night, from the other batteries. Then you simply hook these four togheter with the root combiners. DISCLAIMER: I have not tested this in-game yet, this is only a theory made on the spot. There might be one challenge to overcome, quoting the source: "Batteries must have at least 5 seconds of juice to begin discharging" - Link The power might flicker, or it may stay constant, or even have delayed bursts. Going to test this later tonight!
try with operators AND, OR
The OR switch does not combine the powers, what would be really important for me. I do not know about AND. But if both wire got power, it should combine...
Did it work?
