Black and Purple textures

Hello there so recently i reinstalled gmod and when i joined my server everything was ok i had installed css but when i hold c the vcmod main icon was black and purple textures and when i went to the car dealer it was black and purple textures and the level system was also purple and black textures can someone help me i will include 3 screenshots

Check if your multiplayer settings for downloading content is set to downloading everything
