Recently got a Student Licence for Substance Painter and made a Vault Mesh for mucking about. Wondering how i can use the exported files for Garry's Mod. Couldn't really find anything on this.
Exporting with the config preset: "Document Channels + Normal + AO (No Alpha)
Any advice is appreciated. If you need anything else just tell.

Are you working with the pre-pbr shader for starters? By default substance is going to expore Albedo, Normal, Roughness & Ambient occlusion - for stuff like Gmod you want your ambient occlusion baked into the texture and you should be exporting a diffuse, normal & specular.
Took this and made my own Export Preset, with it i got the Specular Map and Diffuse done and in-game. Thank you very much.

Double brownie points if you can get it to actually export vmt files with a custom plugin instead of png/tga.
