So they're okay with a woman in a dick suit in a play, but they can't handle a FAKE cigarette in the very same play? And what the hell is up with that policy? "Any product that does not contain tobacco and is intended to be smoked is considered to be tobacco". What kind of a law is that even? They're apparently trying to keep the public safe, but I don't think they're doing anything besides being annoying. If a man wants to smoke a sage cigarette whilst arguing with a giant penis, who is the local government to intervene and "help"?
