Should be more rim lighting on the left stormtrooper
Should be more or do you personally want more? What the final product looks like is up to the Poser themselves and the Poser alone. Let you not cast your physgun beam where it is not needed.
It's called criticism mate, it's what people usually look for when they post pics. And let you not make shitty analogies where they are not needed.
People's desire to criticise, criticise, always criticise, is what killed the screenshots section off — there was no celebration of the Pose, only criticism. Nobody wants to comment on the 'good', only the 'bad'. Always picking apart with the tool gun rather than appreciating it with the camera. Youngposerminds shamed away by constant and unnecessary criticism. These are dark days for the screenshots section. Creation of the Pose is rare, celebration even more so — yet we still want to criticise. Please, just point that physgun beam somewhere else before you cause any more damage... You have certainly done enough.
what fuck are you two on about
The thing is that nobody ever rejects criticism here, when people give criticism it's mostly because they want the author to improve, if people only celebrated my work instead of telling me what do improve on I'd be stuck on this quality for a long time http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2014/30/1406057655-poster-14-07-15-18-54-15.png Yet criticism is what made my work become this : https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/216947420284715009/522795987199328266/vardos.jpg So stop being a cry baby, especially since the author of this artwork has always been willing to listen to criticism and improved greatly in a matter of months thanks to what we said to help him improve and his will to listen.
nearly got caught by the bait nearly...……….
And I went from this: https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/183687/19910e81-4e50-43bb-a8e4-2b157af77196/deserted___ran_away_by_blightbite-dc59wga.jpeg That was my first scene, it went from that one of my more recent pics in under a year: https://files.facepunch.com/forum/upload/183687/9fd31718-9abb-4da4-9308-73a913fe2b2b/a_earth.jpg Of course there are problems with the scene above, like the artifacting all over the ground, but thanks to criticism, I now know how to avoid that. I wouldn't have known how to without it. The point is, criticism is a vital part to improving your work, in this case, scenebuilding. And it isn't what killed the screenshots section, because that's exactly what people are looking for on here, besides, correct me if I'm wrong, the screenshots sections eventually does gain popularity, this lack of posts happens every now and then.
