Noclip with bubbles to see each player

Good morning, everyone.

I am here to ask for your help in order to give me help for the next addon: I would like an addon that, when you are in a noclip, you see a bubble with the name and job of each player. 

However, I would like the admins not to see the bubbles of the superadmins.
