I was going to use the Steam achievement manager to get an achievement from a shutdown game to get the black rose (tf2 item).
as soon as I opened the steam achievement manager folder I coudn't find sam, I went into one folder and found sam game picker.
I double clicked that and it loaded and didn't open, I even restarted my pc but S.A.M just didnt open.
any help/suggestions?
(btw I did also try running as administrator stop yelling at me)
I really have no idea how that works, but make sure you have all the prerequisites installed.
Maybe it requires something specific to run? Check it's download page.
