Most of it is stuff from the Main Trailer from Gamescomm but there's some new stuff in here that further fuels some fan theories.
The popular theory being V is the reincarnation of Mundus. His theme is called Crimson Cloud, something Mundus took the form of at the "secret" ending of DMC3. He controls 3 powerful demons as his familiars all of which worked for Mundus (Shadow, Griffon, and Nightmare). Some new stuff in the trailer such as "I am but two days old" (I know he said it's a joke but what if it isn't). Also he clearly has some kind of grudge against Dante.
Of all the mechanical changes and character arcs for the existing characters, I don't think any of it has quite peaked my interest as much as this weird little emo poetry slam fuck.
This character is so delightfully, unapologeticaly edgy.
It's like the script writers built in the aggressive '...' spam into the line read and made sure the voice actor kept up with it.

I really love his VA, both the english and the japanese one.
My favourite part of V is now we have the holy trinity of subcultures for the main characters: Dante the Nerd, Nero the Punk and V the Goth.
