Hahahahaha, what a fucking tool.
I can't find the article but the British government only found out about it from his fucking tweets.
It wouldn't be the first time that happened either.
I remember when the worst thing that was announced via Twitter was the cancellation of a TV show. Oh how far we've come.
Putin must have told him to put a rush on this one. I wonder if the goal is just to get a full American withdrawal before the new term, or if Syrussian forces are planning an offensive.
The same day Putin gave a speech asking why the US was even in the region. He also addressed Trump by his first name, rather than his title.
This is why Mattis got pissed, Trump does not give a shit about America's allies.
Basically ceding the middle east to Turkey-Russia, as expected from trump.
Iran-Russia. Turkey has no gain to make in Afghanistan, but a lot for Iran. And in Syria, Iran gains as much as Turkey.
That and mister bolton tells him that hes the smartest and greatest.
That got me thinking, shouldn't Bolton be pissed too? He wants war with Iran and US withdraval from Syria and Afghanistan flies in face against that. Only winner from Trump admin is, well former member, Steve Bannon.
From Trump Admin, yes, from Trump Circle: no. Erik Prince wins very big in this if he decides that he meant it both ways when he said 'he was pulling troops out' but 'we have to defend it due to ISIS still being there'. He can have it both ways by pulling American Troops out -- and putting Blackwater Mercs in.
Damn, do we have to make Metal Gear Solid 4 as prophetic as 2?
That would be a terrible idea. ISIS would eat those mercs for breakfast if they have no air support. Also US intel suggests there are like 14k ISIS fighters left in Syria. With about 3k that YPG threatens to release, well not a fun time for those mercs if that comes to be.
Sounds like a perfect opportunity for Blackwater to have some airborne firepower given to them on loan by the very generous and businessy Trump. And without Mattis to slap his hand away, who will stop him?
Can Trump do that without Congressional approval? Afterall, Dems are taking over in January.
I can't imagine he could do it without Congress's approval, but that kind of thing has not stopped him from attempting before.
Trump's presidency has become a full-blown national emergency. This man poses a clear and present danger to our national security. It's easy to go numb from the constant barrage of headlines and outrage, but this is not something we can allow ourselves to get used to. Our government is being held hostage and if we know what's good for us, we'll take to the streets and refuse to leave until the traitor is removed from office.
Complain about not pulling out, complain when pull out... American politics has truly descended into eternal loops of complaining, what a degenerated state
this is time to talk about the 25th amendment if you're in his WH.
it's almost as if they're more nuance here than u seem to think
Do you ever make a post that isn't totally moronic? Or even stick around to actually discuss things? You just pop up once or twice a week, drop a load of steaming shit posts, and disappear for awhile again.
I think you guys are already waaaay used to the headlines. This guy is now literally taking orders from foreign states on military issues such as this one. If this happened in Europe you bet he'd already have been dragged out on the streets by the people.
It sucks we have gotten to this level.
I said it in 2016, and I'll say it again Even if Donald Trump personally shot each of his supporters in the back of the head one by one, not a single one would admit that they made a mistake voting him in. Not a single one would admit to being wrong. When Donald Trump is taken out of office through legal means for his many crimes against this country, republicans will treat it as a violent coup and call for bloody retaliation.
It's the culmination of the ideological poisoning by Roger Stone and the Fox machine.
There's no use debating people or arguing, on the internet you can't convince anyone of anything.Pouring from hollow to empty is what it is. It seems moronic to you, but merely because I support anything that hurts the enemy. Realpolitik.
So you're just here for drive-by shitposting, noted.
I managed to convince an idiot who claimed it was a good idea to mine the entire us-mexico border with landmines that it was bad. I managed to make people understand the financial consequences of brexit by arguing using nothing but plain facts while addressing their concerns. But you, you don't care for anything except winning, no matter who gets hurt in the process. People like you give politics a bad name, because you don't give a shit about pluralism, you just want "your team" to come out on top.
The US will be in Afghanistan for another decade if they stay there until the Taliban is completely dead.
